Saida's Fave: Chia & Almond Butter punch.

Ingredients:
1 cup organic Almond milk (or 2% organic whole milk)
1/2 Banana
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 tbsp. Chia seeds
ground Nutmeg
ground Cinnamon
Recipe:
Easy - Pour all the ingredients {by the order listed} in the Bella blender, lightly sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top & blend for about 10-15 seconds.
