Yummy Fish Fry with Lemon Crema!

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tbsp. old bay seasoning
2 tbsp. French thyme
1 tsp. sea salt
2 fillets flounder fish
Recipe
In a bowl (or a plate) mix all dry ingredients, then rinse fish under cool water, pat dry with paper towel and place in mixture to coat evenly on each side. In a skillet, pour olive or sesame oil and keep temp on medium-high heat and gently place fish in pan. Heat for about 3-4 minutes each side until light golden brown.

creamy lemon sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 lemon (remove seeds)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chive
in a small dipping bowl mix all ingredients with a spoon (in the order listed) and squeeze fresh lemon juice into mixture until smooth and creamy, put a spoonful on your fish and enjoy!
